• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed the minimum deposit requirement specified in the respective promotion and who have not previously self-excluded from the Platform.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Player, household, IP address, device, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, fk777's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
